域名轉(zhuǎn)移注冊商時必須向原注冊商索取到 轉(zhuǎn)移密碼（auth-code）才能進行。像Godaddy等國外注冊商，一般在控制面板上就可以直接點擊一個按鈕發(fā)送auth-code到域名所有人的郵箱之中，國內(nèi)的注冊商一般都沒有自由獲取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼的功能，需要聯(lián)系注冊商或之前注冊域名的代理商，人工索取轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，或提出要進行域名轉(zhuǎn)出。這樣原注冊商一般會給出相應(yīng)的處理流程。
如果原來是通過萬網(wǎng)、新網(wǎng)等注冊商的代理商購買的域名，如果代理商不給轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，可以先向萬網(wǎng)等 注冊商直接投訴，如果注冊商也不配合處理再向ICANN、CNNIC等注冊局投訴。
按照域名相關(guān)管理機構(gòu)的規(guī)定（ICANN域名轉(zhuǎn)移政策），原注冊商不能擅自拒絕或限制域名的轉(zhuǎn)出，也不能以任何名義對域名轉(zhuǎn)出額外收取費用； 如果原注冊商以各種名義阻攔域名轉(zhuǎn)出或要求對域名轉(zhuǎn)出收費的，

一、登錄ICANN官方網(wǎng)站轉(zhuǎn)移表單提交投訴

1、填寫基本信息，標注*號的為必填
* Name 姓名，必須填寫
Organization(if any) 組織機構(gòu)，非必填。
* Email address必須填寫電郵地址方便注冊商（regestrar）聯(lián)系，必須用whois信息中域名所有人的郵箱。
Phone number(optional) 填寫電話號碼，非必填。
* Domain name必須填寫 投訴的域名，如abc.com ，注意不用填www. （上圖示例有錯）。 此處只能填寫單個，提交時系統(tǒng)會自動查詢注冊商
2、Indicate the reason(s) 選擇投訴的問題類型，選域名轉(zhuǎn)移中遇到的相關(guān)的問題。

They ask me to renew the domain first which will cost me xx RMB and 60 days.I think I’m the domain owner and I have the right of transfering my domain by free。 But many domain agents in China (not only xxx)always set up many check points and collect fees to avoid customers transfering domain out of them。
Please ask xxx。com send the auth-code of mydoname.com to it’s owner email and regulate the behavior of Chinese agents。

二、大概1-5天內(nèi)，即可收到注冊商的回復郵件。
一般情況，域名注冊商直接提供域名的轉(zhuǎn)移授權(quán)碼。
如遭遇原域名注冊服務(wù)商阻攔，可以再次向ICANN投訴。投訴間隔一般最長不超過7天，最短不要小于2-3天，需要關(guān)注注冊商工作時間，避免非工作時間處理延時。

•域名所有人名稱前期填寫錯誤是可以修改的，所有人電子郵件地址必須是正確可用的。
•使用域名whois信息上所有人或管理人的郵箱地址填寫報告或投訴，以此證明管理身份。
•獲取到轉(zhuǎn)移密碼要及時轉(zhuǎn)移，如果域名被鎖定（lock 或 hold狀態(tài)），時間過了轉(zhuǎn)移密碼也會失效。
•auth-code是域名授權(quán)碼,即通常說的轉(zhuǎn)移密碼，不等同于域名管理密碼。
